Why a hat store?
I like to wear hats. I like a lot of different styles of hats. I found myself scouring the malls, college towns and trendy shopping districts trying to find sweet new lids. The problem I ran into was that most shops only had a few styles to choose from. Even the hats stores mostly only carried sports hats and novelty hats. It was impossible to find a sports hat, a skater hat and a tattoo style hat in one location. This was also true of online hat shops. Most only catered to one or two interests or styles. So I had the thought of bringing as many styles and interests of caps and other hats together as I could.

The site will mostly focus on caps but will also feature some fedoras, drivers, and cowboy style hats. All of the hats will share one thing in common. That is the goal of standing out and drawing attention to the wearer. The hats, sunglasses, jewelry, belts, buckles and other accessories on this site have been chosen to make you look and feel like a rock star. There will be very few items that we carry that will be plain and will not draw attention. I know a lot of people that spend $200 plus on a sweet ass pair of sneakers but top off their look with a cheap and crappy $10 cap from Target. This seemed a bit lop sided to me. Why would you want people to notice your feet more than your face? The goal of this site is to provide the prefect “Crown” to cap off your look that will draw attention to that pretty little mug of yours. And if you got a busted up grill, attention will be taken away from your flaws and place on your Killer Crown.

Why the name Killer Crowns?
It sounded better than “Cool Caps”. The crown signifies status, royalty and success. Most rock stars have all of these and since my goal is to make you look like rock royalty, it sounded right.

As Mystery from VH1’s “The Pick Up Artist” says, “fake it until you make it.”

I can’t legally claim that our products will get you laid, but I can say you wont look like the other 97 douche bags that just got shot down by that hottie you’ve been checking out.
