Payment Questions

Is it safe to use my credit card at Killer Crowns?

Yes! Our secure server software (SSL) is the strongest security available for Web sites. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels from your computer to our server. Once your personal information reaches our server, there are multiple layers of security (including encryption of data) to keep your information safe. When you check out, you will see the Secure Server Icon on your web browser. From that point forward, all information you give us will be securely transmitted to us.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Money Orders/Cashier's Checks by mail (see below for mailing instructions).

For orders with payment by Money Order or Cashier’s Check please do the following.

  1. Print a copy of the items you want from the site’s shopping cart.
  2. Write out your contact information. (name, address, phone number, email, ship to address if different.)
  3. Total up your purchase and add 6% sales tax for Michigan Residents only.
  4. Send payment in with the above to the following address.

Remember that all payments must be in US Dollars! Your order will not begin processing and items will not be reserved until full payment is received. Also if you send in payment it will be at your own discretion. We will not be responsible for payments lost in the mail. Once we receive your payment a notification email will be sent to you.

What if my check bounces?

We will contact you if we receive notification from the bank if your check has bounced. You will be responsible for paying the original amount of the check plus a $25.00 returned check fee. This isn't because we want to punish you or anything, but our bank is charging us that fee.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Currently, only Michigan residents are responsible for sales tax, which is 6%. For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties and/or taxes.

Order Status Questions

How do I view my order status?

You will receive an email in each stage of the order process. 1. When order is placed. 2. When order is shipped. 3. If any change in status (Back ordered)

When will I get my order?

Over 90% of orders ship either the same or next business day. If items are not in stock we can sometimes give you the date we expect to receive another shipment of that item from our supplier but the date is not always guaranteed. The order status screen will give you all of this information live so check back often for an update.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

On the shopping cart basket page, there is a place to change quantities and/or cancel an item.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

My order never arrived. Where’s my stuff?

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Do you do back orders?

Killer Crowns does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

If your order is about to ship, the cancel order option may not be shown. If this is the case, send us a message from the order status screen and we will try to cancel the order before it ships.

International Questions

International Shipping:

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. In the future we will be expanding our shipping territories. Check back often to see if your area has been added.

Can you mark the customs form as "Gift" or "Commercial Sample"?

Absolutely NOT! We must declare all packages shipped by Killer Crowns as "merchandise". There are no exceptions. Customs officials aren't idiots, and they would figure it out if we did (and you would not get your package).

Will I have to pay any extra taxes when I receive my order?

Some countries charge you an import tax on certain items if the value is over a certain amount. Each country has different laws for the amount of tax (if any) that you must pay before customs will release your package to you. These taxes are out of our control and there is no way Killer Crowns can pre-pay these taxes. This is a tax that your country charges you to discourage you from buying things from out of your own country. You should contact your local custom's people to ask if your country has an import tax and on what type of products it applies to.

Who can I contact if I have questions?

If you've already placed an order with Killer Crowns, the fastest way to get answers to your questions is to contact us at sales@killercrowns.com< . Please include your order number in the email. If you have not placed an order with us yet or do not have an account before you can email us at sales@killercrowns.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What size should I buy?

Consult the size chart for approximate sizing, but all manufacturers vary slightly in sizing, even from style to style. If an item doesn't fit the way you'd like it to, you could always exchange it. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping charges.

There's a brand I like, but you don't carry it.

Send us an email, if we get enough requests, we will work on carrying it!

If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?

No, we value our customers' privacy. You will only be contacted by our company. Our goal is to provide information on the newest products, current promotions, or any other information we feel is relevant to our customers. See Our Privacy Policy for further details.

Return Questions

How do I return my product?

Return policy:

If you need to return an item, please email customerservice@killercrowns.com with an explanation to receive a return authorization number.

You may return purchases by mailing it to the following address:

  1. Please include your packing slip.
  2. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) you're returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of the form. Also write the return authorization #.
  3. For returns, the original credit card will be credited.
  4. For exchanges, please email customerservice@killercrowns.com with your new selection. Include a copy of this email in the returned package.
  5. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.

Unwashed, unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or refund.  Orders placed between Thanksgiving and Christmas can be returned up until January 31st. All products must include original packaging, tags and be in sellable condition.

Sale merchandise is final sale.

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Killer Crowns is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

What if you ship me the wrong, defective or damaged item?

If we made a mistake and ship you a wrong, defective or damaged item, it will cost you nothing to get the correct item. All you have to do send us an email to customerservice@killercrowns.com explaining the problem with your item. We will email you a postage paid card to print out and tape to the return package, so all you will have to do is drop the package into any postal mail box (or your own). Once we receive the returned item, we will then promptly ship you the correct item.

Return status:

Returns mailed to Killer Crowns may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Killer Crowns Accept Major Credit Cards and Paypal
